VJD Financial Solutions was founded by Vincent (Vin) Daniels in 2012. Vin is a fractional CFO with more than 20 years of experience in finance across both the public and private sectors.

The business started informally. In 2010, Vin helped a friend get their finances in order. That led to referrals, which led to more clients, and by 2012 it had grown into a full practice serving small and midsize businesses across New Jersey.

What makes Vin’s background unusual is the combination of public and private sector experience. He currently serves as CFO, Controller, and Business Administrator for the Tinton Falls Board of Education, where he manages a district-wide budget of approximately $40 million. He’s overseen multi-million dollar construction projects, managed union contract negotiations, and earned the Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting for multiple consecutive years. His audits have resulted in no recommendations, comments, or exceptions.

Before his current role, Vin worked in accounting and finance positions at the Middletown Township Board of Education and at Samuel Klein & Company, where he audited municipalities and school boards. He holds an MBA from Centenary College and a Bachelor’s in Business Accounting from Richard Stockton College.
