How is VJD priced?

VJD Financial Solutions prices services in two ways depending on the type of work involved.

Recurring services have monthly rates. Full-service bookkeeping starts at $250 per month. Full-service payroll starts at $400 per month. Bill payment and invoicing each start at $200 per month. These ongoing services involve regular work every month, so predictable monthly pricing makes sense for both the business and the client.

One-time setup work has flat starting rates. QuickBooks Online setup and training starts at $400. Payroll system setup and training also starts at $400. 1099 preparation runs $20 per form with volume discounts for businesses that pay many contractors.

Fractional CFO work, catch-up bookkeeping, and strategic projects are priced per engagement. These services vary too much in scope to have standard pricing. Cleaning up three months of messy books takes less time than reconstructing three years of records. CFO-level support for a half-million dollar business involves different work than for a company doing several million. Pricing for these starts with a conversation about what you need.

The “starting at” prices for recurring services reflect that complexity affects cost. A retail business with 50 monthly transactions and one bank account takes less time to manage than a contractor with 300 transactions, multiple accounts, and job costing requirements. Your actual price depends on transaction volume, the number of accounts involved, and how complex your accounting needs to be.

Most clients start with one core service and add others as the business grows. As a New Jersey bookkeeper and CFO, Vin structures services to be modular so you can bundle bookkeeping with payroll and bill pay or just use what you need. The goal is paying for services that match your situation rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

If you’re trying to figure out what makes sense for your business, a conversation is the best starting point. Vin can assess your situation and recommend which services fit, then provide specific pricing based on your actual needs rather than a generic estimate.
